As I sit here in my office this December evening, watching the first snowflakes of the season gently fall outside my window, I'm filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude. Christmas has always been my favorite time of year – not just for the twinkling lights, the warm gatherings, or even the anticipation in my grandchildren's eyes when they talk about Santa's visit. It's because Christmas reminds us to pause, reflect, and truly appreciate the people who make our lives meaningful.

That's why I wanted to take a moment to reach out to each and every one of you – our incredible customers and our dedicated team members – to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
